a) Any
times quoted for delivery are estimates and the Company shall
not be liable for failure to deliver within the time quoted.
However it is our normal practice to despatch orders on the
same day if received by 4 pm if the product is in stock. If
the product is not in stock we will advise you and make you
aware of our 5 day preauthorization period and give you the
option to cancel the order or allow us to put it on back order.
Some of our products are made to order so we will advise you
a delivery date when it is appropriate.
b) We try to offer a fair delivery service - most of our small
items delivered with the UK are currently delivered by first
class royal mail. From our experience over the last 5 years
we have found that the vast majority of items are delivered
within a few days, in fact many of our customers comment to
us that they are amazed when they see the order arrive early
the next morning. However on the other hand there is the rare
occasion when the post can take up to two weeks. The Royal
Mail currently claim that 90% of mail is delivered next day
and I would probably agree, after all delivering 82 million
packages every day cannot be easy.
c) We also offer a Free upgrade to Recorded
Delivery for all orders placed with a value of over £20.
For added security and piece of mind your goods will go First
Class Recorded, you will only pay for Standard First Class
Post.
d) All our product is bought brand new from their respective Manufacturers. In some cases, we buy in bulk with minimum packaging, in others they may be blister packed. In some cases we will remove the blister packing to reduce postal costs for all. This also has the benifit of reducing the waste you need to dispose of. This does not affect any of your statutory rights.

we have realised that the Royal Mail will compensate for late
delivery if you can prove it and you have the patience to
do this. Essentially you need to have proof of posting and
proof of delivery and then they have to accept that the problem
is not down to incorrect address or any of the other exclusions
they have listed. Please note that we use an AUTOMATED method
of inputting your order this means that the address is inputted
exactly as you enter it on the order . We will look out for
obvious errors but cannot be held responsible for your errors
which may cause a delay.
We send out lots
of mail each day and the majority is sent by normal first
class post, we do not currently get proof of posting for every
single item as this would not be viable.We are a reliable
company and we are all taking the risk that you are going
to be in the lucky 90% as this is the most economical method.
The Royal Mail do not class post as lost for at least 2
weeks so if you choose to take the risk of standard first
class then you will have to accept this.
We do offer recorded
post as an option and as such will get a signature at point
of collection and a tracking number which will obviously help
possible subsequent claims we may wish to pursue .We have
also found that generally the recorded options do get delivered
faster and as such have included this as an option to choose.
We do also offer
a guaranteed next day option but it is best to check that
the product is in stock prior to choosing this , we generally
have most items ex stock but on occasion we do find that certain
items become very popular. Depending on the weight and value
we will choose either citylink or the Royal Mail . It is important
that you choose an address that will have someone there to
sign for the goods . PO BOX NUMBERS do cause a problem because
no-one is available for signature.
