Electrical
Toothbrush Batteries
Electric
toothbrushes have been proven to be at least 25% more effective
than manual toothbrushes. These toothbrushes usually have
heads which either vibrate or rotate; some brushes also
use sonic waves to help dislodge plaque and debris.
There
are many different makes and models around and they can
be both non-rechargeable and rechargeable. Many of the leading
brands use standard cells such as AAA or AA Alkaline, NiCd
or NiMh (see the list below); however many toothbrushes
out there use specially designed batteries often with obscure
product codes not commonly recognised by even the toothbrush
manufacturer.
We have
had many enquiries regarding replacement toothbrush batteries
and for this reason we have begun to build up a database
of batteries specifically designed to replace existing toothbrush
batteries. Below is a list of both standard and specially
designed batteries for electric toothbrushes.
The
list below gives some examples of the standard batteries
we supply which are used in common electrical toothbrushes:
This
next list is the custom packs we have designed to replace
existing battery packs found in less standard products:
