If for
any reason you need to return any product to us then it would
be most helpful if you contact us first either by phone or
email, this will help us speed up the process refunding or
exchanging the product as required and maybe understand the
reason for the return.
Please
return the item with all the original packaging and a copy
of the original invoice.
From our
experience of having supplied 1000s of product we do get the
occasional return, people occasionally order the wrong item.
Whatever the reason it is our policy to resolve the issue
as quickly as we can, it is our intention to keep your custom
for the future and for you to pass on your experience of dealing
with us to your family and friends. If you have ordered the
wrong thing by mistake then we will simply swap it. If it
is our fault we will refund, swap, refund your carriage or
do what it takes to ensure your satisfaction.
